SEMI-AUTOMATIC BOLLARDS SPECIFICATIONS

• Pump system by means of a high-quality gas piston that allows the bollard to rise after unlocking the activation mechanism.
• Ascent and discent: the bollard has a hole on the shaft cap where the key must be inserted in order to rise and lower. 16 mm locking rod made out of stainless steel. Its composition prevents from any type of wear and corrosion, guaranteeing long durability and perfect operation.
• Inserting and turning the triangle key unlocks the activation system allowing the bollard to rise and block at its maximal height.
• By inserting and turning the triangular key and pressing the top of the bollard, it descends, automatically blocking once its way ends.
• Bollard sliding system by means of internal rails located on the chassis itself.
• Bollard shaft with sliding system using 4 mm thick stainless steel inner skids.
• Cover made out of 10 mm thick hot-dip galvanised steel, not protruding above ground level, anti-slip concentric circles engravings and inner plastic ring for the correct sliding of the bollard, avoiding noise and chafing.
• Chassis manufactured from electro-welded steel of very high robustness with sliding rails to ensure the perfect alignment and concentricity of the bollard.
• Installation by means of foundation case. It allows the replacement of the bollard already installed without needing civil works.
  
• Minimal preventive maintenance.
